How it all works:
Remote Video Monitoring is an advanced system that integrates the experience and infrastructure of Guardian Alarm's CCTV, Access Control, Fire & Life Safety, and Intrusion Detection Systems with our 24/7, UL Certified Monitoring Center.
Business Management: Our systems help generate revenue by assisting in sales through the management and monitoring of employee performance. Plus, Remote Video Monitoring allows you to control access to sensitive areas, and to check on your operations from anywhere in the world.
Detection Devices: Extremely high-resolution Pan-Tilt-Zoom cameras are placed in strategic locations to provide Guardian a view of critical areas. 2-way audio devices are installed in key locations to provide Guardian with the ability to hear and talk to your business.
Other providers rely on outdated and very expensive beams and other "sensor" technologies. These simply are not effective due to the latest in Artificial Intelligence technology for easy verification of a human with extreme precision.

Once armed, Remote Video Monitoring watches all areas of the property simultaneously and continuously until disarmed. Upon detecting and intruder, one of the two strobe lights are illuminated and visible throughout the exterior areas. The system immediately initiates contact with the Guardian Command Center.
Intervention Specialists: Once your location establishes contact with the Command Center our Intervention Specialists are able to see, hear and speak to your facility in real time. They use Pan-Tilt-Zoom cameras to locate and track subjects. The Interventional Specialists can also communicate directly to the subject through Remote Video Monitoring's 2-way audio features.
Usually, this level of intervention is deterrent enough to thwart many criminals, but in the rare case it's not, immediate action with local law enforcement is taken.
Reports: Guardian provides detailed daily reports via e-mail, just as if a high paid security specialist was situated at your facility. Each report includes information on what, where, and when an incident occurred and how Guardian protected your interests.
