Welcome Guardian customers to the new customer service section of our website. Here you will find information on how to understand your billing statement, make a one-time payment online, enroll in the Automatic Payment Program or sign up to receive Electronic Invoices to your email.
If you are a new customer, or have recently added additional services, your invoice may include Pro-Rated Charges. Guardian's service charges are billed in advance.

I would like to have my monthly bill automatically withdrawn using a credit card or checking account. This sign-up process will NOT charge you for any current or outstanding balances on your account. You will no longer receive a paper bill for this account. Also, you can download the Automatic Payment Authorization Form in PDF format from here and fax it to us at 248-395-3009.
I would like to receive Electronic Invoices to my email. You will no longer receive a paper bill for this account.
