MAXIMUM ACHIEVEMENT AWARD
This program is a monthly award presented to the Guardian team member who excelled in the areas provided for in the Guardian Minimum. The winner is presented with the Guardian Maximum Achievement trophy and Guardian Team Jacket. All other divisional nominees are recognized with a $50.00 gift certificate. All monthly winner’s are invited to attend our annual banquet. This is also utilized on a quarterly basis for recognized “team” nominees.
