The transition with Guardian is an organized and detailed process. We expect the unexpected, so we are always ready to begin service as mutually agreed and addressed.
The transition process begins with the initial meeting in which we co-develop a set of mutually agreed upon expectations. From this set of expectations, we then determine the best way to deliver them. This open line of communication identifies any critical issues that may stand in the way of a smooth transition.
With over 60 years of experience and hundreds of transitions to date, Guardian has an understanding of importance for a smooth transition to our customers. The following sample start-up calendar provides a guideline for the time table of a typical transition. Traditionally, this process dictates approximately thirty (30) days to ensure the appropriate actions, details and results are achieved. Guardian understands the need for flexibility and that this afforded time may not always be available. Through mutually applied efforts, we are confident that the desired results may still be achieved for you.
