Guardian customers can sign-up to get their invoices via email. You will need your customer number, the phone number on the account and a working email address.
Please note that during the sign-up process you will be required to validate your email address. Guardian will send a message to your email account containing a link. By clicking on the link, Guardian will receive confirmation that your email account is able to get our email messages and complete the sign-up process.

Guardian customers can now pay their bill online in 3 quick and easy steps. All you need is your bill and a credit card or checking account information. Payments may take 2 or 3 business days to process.

Sign up for Guardian's Automatic Payment Program today!
We invite you to enroll in our convenient, "Automatic Payment Program." This Program allows you to have your periodic invoice
paid automatically via transfer from your credit, debit card account, or your checking account when each payment is due. Each transaction is recorded on your monthly statement. Current Guardian customers can also use this sign up form to update their current ACH information.

Customers may contact Guardian's Customer Service Center and speak to one of our representatives 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM - Monday thru Friday EST.
In addition customers may e-mail service requests to Customer Service using this online form or fax us at (248) 395-1467 24 hours a day.
SPECIAL NOTE: If you are a new customer, or have recently added additional services, your invoice may include Pro-Rated Charges. Guardian's service charges are billed in advance.

On February 8th 2008 the FCC will be eliminating the requirement that all cellular carriers provide AMPS (Advanced Mobile Phone Service, also known as Analog Cellular Service).
Your analog radio alarm transmitter may be affected by this industry change and might have to be upgraded to a digital radio transmitter prior to the deadline.
