Our Underwriters Laboratory (UL) certified and Factory Mutual (FM) approved monitoring station is the most technologically advanced in the country and is located in Southfield, Michigan at Guardian’s world headquarters. Additionally, we have redundant monitoring stations in Toledo, Ohio, and Windsor, Ontario Canada. In case of a power outage, Guardian switches over automatically to two natural gas generators and a diesel generator to keep the monitoring station online. We also have a backup phone system to ensure your monitoring service is maintained. Committed to providing a prompt and courteous experience every time we serve you, we pride ourselves in making sure a live and local customer service representative answers your calls instead of an automated recording.

Our sales, installation, and service teams undergo a rigorous certification program and a criminal background check. Our 90+ customer service representatives are cross-trained not only in alarm monitoring but also billing and troubleshooting to ensure a “one-stop shopping” experience for our customers’ needs. Our customer service representatives have bilingual capabilities in Spanish and we also use an interpreter line to communicate with customers in other languages.
